The Orlando offers all of the amenities that a business will need and want when they make this building the home for their office. A significant portion of the building has been allocated to common areas and features that we know are important to business owners. But since these amenities are shared by all of the businesses in our small community, you pay a fraction of the cost compared to having them within your own suite.

Large, Impressive Conference Room
A place where deals are sold and signed. Even our smallest office tenants can meet with their clients here and we have an easy scheduling tool to make sure it's available when you plan to use it. WIFI and a large screen monitor are available for presentations and interactive meetings.

Marquee Sign with Tenant Identification
We will be building a large, highly visible sign that makes it very easy to find the building and show off the businesses that call The Orlando home. Each tenant will be shown on the marquee sign using your business name or logo. This sign will be clearly visible from both directions on Terrell Mill Road.

Break Room Areas
Yes, that is plural. We have one larger break room on the lower level that also includes an outdoor patio to enjoy spring and fall days. On the main level is a smaller break area with counter seating when you want lunch away from your computer screen.

Professional Restrooms
When you gotta go you gotta go, but why not go in style. We have upgraded finishes in our restrooms and have both mens and ladies restrooms on both floors.

Cleaning Services
All common areas are cleaned on a regular basis. If you want to schedule your office to be cleaned at the same time, that option is available as well.

Easy Access from I-75 Express Lanes
While this isn't really an amenity, it is such a significant factor when you think about the convenience of getting to and from the office that it is worth mentioning here. If you want to hike, run, or mountain bike at the trails at Rope Mill in Woodstock, you have a quick 15 minute drive via the express lanes. Part of the reason the owner bought this building!

Onsite Property Manager
If you have leased an office in the past, it can be a headache if there is an issue or question. The Orlando is an owner occupied building meaning the building owner has his own business in the building as one of the tenants. When the building owner is onsite every day, you can expect things to be taken care of at a much higher standard.
