Looking for a conference room rental in Atlanta, Georgia or Marietta, Georgia? The conference room at The Orlando Building is an amenity available to all tenants and included as part of their monthly office lease. The space is often unscheduled and can be booked for small group meetings and rented by the hour (2 hour minimum), half day, or full day. The number of people you can bring for a meeting is a max of 10 but a limit of 6 total vehicles due to limited parking. Please include your desired date and time, number of people, and type of meeting.

Conveniently located in Marietta, close to The Battery and one-tenth of a mile from the Terrell Mill Express Lane Exit from I-75.
Rates:
$75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
$225 for a half day meeting (4 hours).
$350 for a full day meeting (up to 8 hours).
Note: Weekend rates are subject to an additional charge of $50 / $75 / $100 for 2 hour/half day/full day reservations.
Rental costs include filtered chilled & hot water and Keurig style coffee.
Plates, utensils and napkins are available should you cater in breakfast or lunch.
