We have simplified office leasing. If you have ever leased office space, you may have experienced the headaches of opening accounts for utilities or the extra charges for common area maintenance or CAM fees. At The Orlando, you have one number to pay each month. Utilities and any common area maintenance are all included. We simply charge one rate for the actual square footage that each tenant has for their suite and a pro rata allocation of the areas of the building that all tenants have access to (conference room, breakrooms, bathrooms, lobby). Renting an office has never been this easy.
