Terms & Conditions of Conference Room Rental Reservations are not confirmed until reservation fee is paid. Payment options are Zelle, Paypal, or Credit Card. Reservations can be cancelled and full refund provided if canceled more than 30 days prior to event date. Reservations cancelled more than 14 days from the event date but less than 30 days will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled withing 14 days of the event date forfeit the reservation fee. Reservations cannot exceed the maximum # of attendees (8) or parking spaces (6).
